Steve, delighted to say new opaque balustrade successfully installed – no problem.
My only issue is I am short of two bolts to fix brackets to post for low level return glass (see attached photo}. I must have left them on the post I returned to you.
Could you post two of these bolts to me please. I have the brackets and rubbers.

I wanted to thank you for making and supplying such a great (Franklyn) balustrade to our balcony. We could not be happier. The workmanship is excellent and fits to the millimetre. I was concerned with the drainage solution but found that resting on the fake grass works a treat.
It feels really sturdy and the glass has not required any cleaning so far despite the recent persistent rain and frost. Yours was the only solution we found that solved the problem of not being able to drill through the waterproof membrane and was really good value too.

However, our builder spotted that there were a couple of flecks of paint that had come off in transport on the platform balcony. We were wondering if you could send us a small small quantity of the paint used so we could touch them up.

We purchased three balconies for a bed and breakfast in Devon. The building is an extended and modernised stone cottage and needed a classic type of balcony that the planners would feel fitted the building.
I am pleased to say that the balconies supplied were just perfect for the job as you can see from the pictures .

Thanks for speaking to me today about the lovely sorrento juliet balcony you sent me that unfortunately is too wide for the gap it has to fit into and does not have the fittings to attach it to the window frame... I told you the dimensions I was given by the window fitter, but apparently that did not allow for the actual fitting of the frame..

Hi Steve - the balconies have now been installed and look just great, see picture attached. We had to mount them a bit higher to avoid the bottom edge of the cedar cladding. The doors are quite short at 1.7m so the balconies look a bit unusual, however we are very happy with them.

We highly recommend C and R Direct metalworks for quality work at reasonable cost. We ordered a pair of large driveway gates, alongside a garden gate which all needed to open outwards. The technical problems were overcome and we were pleasantly surprised by the weight and quality of the finished gates, very grand they look too.
