Words of Warning!

It has come to our attention that some companies are taking payments for orders and subsequently not delivering the product. We have spoken to a number of victims who rang us in desperation, due to the fact that we have the same area telephone code as one of these companies.

Our advice is to always pay by card, preferably a credit card, as you are then totally protected. In the event of a problem the card company will issue a full refund and then take the matter up with the supplier. Any company which continues to abuse their customers will quickly find they are no longer be able to accept card payments.
