We are open 9am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday excluding bank holidays.
We accept all major cards. There is no extra charge for credit card payments.
Prices
Prices include VAT, fittings, paint and galvanising. You will only be charged the price stated plus any delivery charges. See the full price list or individual balcony pages.
Timescales
Many sizes of our standard designs are in stock and available for same week despatch.
For other sizes allow 3 weeks for build and delivery (except Franklyn glass balconies which can usually be supplied in a few days).
We’ll give you a delivery date when taking your order.
Delivery
We are currently delivering items door-to-door ourselves or via agents.
Balcony delivery charges are:
£80 under 2000mm width
£125 from 2000mm to 3000mm width
£200 above 3000mm width
Balustrade delivery charge is £250.
We will call you before arranging delivery, so you can select a suitable day. Delivery is to kerbside, not onto premises. Normal delivery hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries can be arranged for an extra cost.
Balconies are delivered ready to install.
Sizes
The maximum width for a steel juliet balcony is 7 metres.
For a glass balcony the maximum width of each pane of glass is 2.4 metres, and for wider balconies there is normally a small air gap between panes and/or a custom bracket, to avoid adding extra posts.
(We do not know of any other domestic suppliers making balconies in these large sizes).
Measuring
We’ll take care to help you get the correct size.
When measuring up for a juliet balcony, add 300mm to the width of the window or opening to get the correct size of balcony.

Glass
Our glass balconies have 10mm toughened glass, which is strong, has good thermal resistance, and breaks into square fragments if broken.
It is used in buildings for unframed assemblies (such as balustrades), structurally-loaded applications, and any other application that would become dangerous in the event of a human impact.
Our standard glass is clear. If you prefer opaque or frosted glass we can supply this as sandblasted 10mm toughened glass for an additional cost of £25 per metre.
Paint, Coatings & Colours
Our balconies are hot-dip galvanised and then painted.
The standard colours to choose from are black, white, anthracite grey, or graphite silver. However we supply balconies in any RAL colour you specify for an additional cost of £25 per balcony.
Along with your balcony we provide a tin of top-up paint in the same colour, as it’s not unusual to get small scratches or scuff marks during installation.
If you prefer a powder coating we can do this instead at £40 per balcony, but bear in mind that we will be unable to supply any top-up paint.

Safety
For the safety of young children or pets, check (or specify) the gap you require between the balcony railings or balustrade spindles at the front!
Our Guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the service we provide, simply return the unused goods to us within 2 weeks for an immediate replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We also recommend buying any balcony with a credit card, for the extra payment protection this affords. Unfortunately we sometimes get calls from distressed customers of fly-by-night companies which have taken orders and payments, but not supplied goods.
